Dear guests, we offer you three different seasons for your unforgettable vacation.

The price includes: accommodation for up to 6 persons, final cleaning, bed sheets and towels, energy consumption costs, heating/cooling, use of all appliances in and out of the house, taxes, tourist information about local area, free wifi, welcome gift, firewood for barbecue, use of a bicycle, use of swimming pool **, use of sun loungers and secured private parking for two cars.

Additional notice

Price list (prices per night) is owned by holiday home San Istrian for season 2022/2023.

Prices quoted are for accommodation of up to 6 (8) persons. For every additional person above 6 years, a fee of €10 per night applies.

Payment and cancellation conditions:

Advance payment of 30% is compulsory. Advance payment may be done by bank transfer. If cancellation is received 60 days or more before the arrival date, advance payment will be refunded in full. In all other cases the advance payment will not be refunded.

Children and extra beds:

An extra baby crib (cot bed) is free of charge.
 

Pets: Small pets are allowed in the house according to the previous agreement.

Other: A deposit of €300 will be taken at check-in for possible damage. Smoking is not permitted in the house. However, smoking is permitted outside the house.
 

**Use of pool is between 15 May and 30 September.

Price is 30% higher for all stays shorter than 3 nights
